Anyone with a passion for dance or fashion can participate. Our events are open to all age groups — kids, teenagers, and adults. No prior professional experience is required. If you have talent and the drive to perform, Vistaar Studios is your stage.

The preliminary registration fee is ₹399. This includes a professional evaluation of your submission by our judges panel, an official participation certificate, eligibility to be featured on our social media, and priority access to future Vistaar events. Selected finalists pay a separate finale fee of ₹1499 which locks their spot on the grand stage.

After registering, participants submit a 1-minute performance video or portfolio. Our judges panel reviews all submissions and selects finalists based on talent, stage presence, and potential. Results are announced within 7 working days. Every participant receives a certificate regardless of the outcome — no one leaves empty handed.

Not being selected for the finale does not mean the end. Every registered participant receives an official participation certificate and professional feedback on their submission. We also feature selected non-finalist performances on our social media. Many of our past finalists were participants who came back stronger the next season.

Selected finalists receive an official contestant number, a Vistaar Studios finalist sash, professional photography on event day, a finalist certificate, and the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience, judges panel, and industry guests. Winners additionally receive trophies, titles, and exciting prizes from our sponsors.

Preliminary registration fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of evaluation and participation materials. In the rare case that an event is cancelled or postponed by Vistaar Studios, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward the next event. We recommend reaching out to us directly on WhatsApp for any special circumstances.

Studio partners promote Vistaar events to their students and earn a revenue share on every registration that comes through their studio. Each partner gets a unique referral code, co-branded marketing material with their studio name, free passes to the finale, and a dedicated Studio Challenge trophy for the partner that sends the most participants. It is a zero-cost, high-reward partnership.

Studio partners earn 20–25% on every registration fee paid by their students. Payments are processed within 7 working days after the preliminary registration period closes. There is no cap on earnings — the more students you send, the more you earn.

No minimum is required to sign up as a partner. However we recommend partners aim to send at least 10 students to qualify for the Studio Challenge trophy and additional co-branded visibility benefits. Even a single registration earns you your revenue share.

We offer three sponsorship tiers — Title Sponsor, Category Sponsor, and Associate Sponsor. Each tier includes a combination of on-ground branding, social media visibility, audience reach, and activation opportunities.
